Everything on this site — product descriptions, articles, timelines, customer stories — is general information about canine joint health. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for it.
Talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement, particularly if your dog is pregnant or nursing, is on medication, has a diagnosed condition, or is scheduled for surgery. If your dog is in acute distress, contact a vet immediately rather than relying on anything you read here.
About our products
Our products are supplements for dogs, not medicines.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Results vary between dogs. Customer stories on this site describe those customers' experiences and are not a promise of what will happen for your dog.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems — and will refund you in full if we do.
We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, except for subscriptions, which are described in our Subscription Policy.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@vetrinexlabs.com if you think someone else has access.
Your content
If you post a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in our marketing. Don't post anything unlawful, false, or that isn't yours to post. We can remove content at our discretion.
Our content
Everything on this site — text, images, logos, design — belongs to Vetrinex Labs or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vetrinex Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
