The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee
If your dog is not moving better, with less stiffness than they have today, you do not pay for it.
Email us any time within 100 days of your delivery and we will refund what you paid for the Advanced JointSupport in that order.
Keep the bottles you have opened. We refund those too. Most companies only refund sealed stock. We donot accept opened supplements back for hygiene reasons, so share what is left with a friend or donate it toyour local shelter.
Send back any bottles still sealed. We email you a prepaid return label. Your refund goes through as soon asthe parcel is on its way.
No restocking fee. No partial refunds. The Advanced Relief Drops from your first order are yours to keep eitherway.
How to claim
Email support@vetrinexlabs.com with your order number. Our team replies within 24 hours and tells youwhether anything needs returning.
Other refunds
We will also refund or replace your order if:
- It never arrived
- Items are missing from it
- Something arrived damaged (send a photo with your order number)
Subscriptions
The guarantee applies to your first delivery of Advanced Joint Support. Later deliveries on a subscription can be cancelled, paused or skipped at any time before they are charged. See our Purchase options cancellation policy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts them within 5 to 10 business days.
