Purchase options cancellation policy

This covers subscriptions, which Shopify calls purchase options.

How a subscription works

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you pick a plan. The plan sets how much product you getand how often it ships. Your dog’s weight sets the dose, which is what makes one plan last longer thananother.

You are charged when you place the first order, and again each time a new order is due.

The price does not change

You pay the same price on every order. There is no introductory rate that goes up on your second delivery.

If we ever change the price of a subscription product, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand and youcan cancel before it takes effect.

Before every charge

We email you before each order is charged, so you always have time to skip it, change it or cancel.

Cancel, pause or skip

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no need to call anyone.

Changes take effect on your next order as long as we receive them before that order is processed. If an orderhas already been charged and shipped, it is covered by our Refund policy instead.

You can also pause a subscription, skip a single delivery, change how often it ships, or change the quantity.

Free gifts

The Advanced Relief Drops included with your first subscription order are a one-time gift. They do not repeaton later orders, and they are yours to keep even if you cancel.

Subscriptions started before September 2026

If you subscribed before we moved to Shopify, your subscription is still billed through our previous system andis not managed from a Shopify account. Email support@vetrinexlabs.com to change or cancel it and we willhandle it for you. Your price does not change.
