Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Subscription orders are dispatched on the schedule you chose at checkout. We email you before each one ischarged, so you always know a delivery is coming.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when it ships. If the tracking has not updatedfor more than 5 business days, email support@vetrinexlabs.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Wrong address

We can only change a shipping address before the order is dispatched. Email us as soon as you can. If a parcelis returned to us because the address was wrong, we will reship it once at no charge.

Lost or damaged

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email support@vetrinexlabs.com with your order number.Send a photo if it is damaged. We will replace it or refund it.
