Can I stop the probiotics once he/she stops eating poop?
Yes and No. The cause of your pet's gut imbalance is probably natural. Your pets ingest a lot of random things every day and can have constant dietary changes that cause the imbalance. To ensure your pet doesn't fall back on old behaviors, it's best you continue giving them probiotics + they have loads of other benefits too, including boosting your pet's immunity and keeping them free of allergies and infections!
Can I give this to my puppy/kitten?
Yes, you can start feeding your puppy/kitten probiotics as early as 8 weeks. The probiotics can help boost your pet's immunity and ease the transition in diets. Although we recommend consulting your Vet to better understand what they need probiotics for.
Is this probiotic enough to prevent coprophagia/poop eating?
Poop eating or Coprophagia has multiple root causes, one of which is a gut microflora imbalance. Your pet might be eating poop to get some good gut bacteria back into their system. Our probiotics help correct this imbalance so your fur buddy doesn't have to eat poop as a solution. Additionally, improving the fiber content in your pet's diet, ensuring they aren't on a calorie deficit and some behavioral training will help speed the process along and increase your success rate of deterring your pet's poop eating.
Digestive Enzymes
Can use the digestive enzymes formula and the probiotic formula together?
There is no need to feed your pet both formulas as the digestive enzymes formula comes with probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics.

Omega 3 Fish Oil
Does it really help with shedding and itching?
The Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil reduce inflammation which helps stop the itching while hydrating your pet's skin providing it the moisture it needs to repair and recover. It provides your pet with the healthy fats required to produce their natural oils that keep their hair follicles healthy and strong, reducing excessive shedding, while protecting them from other skin conditions like atopic dermatitis.
What are the actual amounts of EPA and DHA?
Per 4 ml (single pump) - 464mg of EPA and 401mg of DHA.
What makes this fish oil better than salmon oil?
Our fish oil is sustainably sourced from 5 different species of small wild-caught fish. This allows it to be free from toxins commonly found in farmed salmon oil. Sourcing from 5 different species also results in 1.5x more EPA & DHA and the naturally occurring Vitamins A & D make it more effective.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
There's no need to refrigerate the fish oil! If you experience very hot weather where you live, store the bottle in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Advanced Joint Tablets
Are these hard or soft chew tablets?
They are hard tablets that are easy to crumble. You can break them up with your hands into quarters to feed them as a treat, as is, or you can crush them and then sprinkle it over your dog's food.
Is there any actual beef in the tablet?
There isn't any actual meat in the product. We use extracts from the meat to flavor the tablets for your pup to enjoy! Healthy doesn't have to mean bland!
What are the differences between these tablets and other ones?
Large dogs need extra support. Tablets allow us to compress and concentrate, resulting in high amounts of active ingredients in one single tablet. It can take up to 3- 4 chews from other brands to replace one tablet from our bottle!

Do these contain only vitamins?

Should I give my dog multivitamins even when they are healthy?
Most diseases and deficiencies need to be present for a significant amount of time before they start displaying visible symptoms in dogs and usually by then the course of treatment is longer and expensive. Enhancing your healthy dog's diet with a multivitamin will help in prevention by making their diet more whole and balanced.

However, for most dogs, there may not be any visible signs, but rest assured your dog is getting all the nutrients they need to prevent diseases and deterioration in future years.
Is this safe for puppies?
Yes! The product is a formulation of carefully selected ingredients that are safe for all dogs - adults, seniors and puppies of all breeds. Growing puppies and highly active adult dogs have a higher need for calories from fat, protein and carbohydrates. A daily dose of multivitamins helps in energy absorption and fat metabolism which helps support normal tissue development and repair.
Calming Chews
Are there any traces of THC in this product?
Our formula is made with hemp seed oil and powder and this part of the plant is completely free of THC, extra measures were taken to ensure the chews are completely free of THC.
Do I need to give this to my dog every day to calm them down?
If your dog is hyperactive, displays aggressive behaviour or deals with separation anxiety on the daily, you can give them the chews every day. The chews can also be used situationally, just give your dog the chews 30-40 minutes before the stressful event occurs.
How long till I see results?
The time taken to see results varies. Most dogs display calm and composed behavior within 30-40 minutes of consuming the treats. Some pups need an extra boost, in case you don't see results after 40 minutes, you can give your pooch an extra chew.

Our joint chews contain the trifecta- Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM in high quantities. Most other chews contain 1 or 2 actives from the trifecta. It also comes with Green Lipped mussel, fish collagen and turmeric!

At what age can my pup start taking Joint Care chews?
You can give your pup chews as early as 12 weeks! If you have a large or giant breed it is essential to supplement their growth to avoid developmental issues, weak joints and to help boost recovery and repair from all their puppy shenanigans.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.
Q2: Can I return the product?
All returns must have prior authorization from EcomSolid, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Return condition must be the same or equivalent to EcomSolid original packaging.
Q3: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q4: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
