1. Empty Bottle Money Back Guarantee:
Use the full bottle and if not satisfied then you can claim a full refund.
Applies only to the first bottle of Joint Support. Additional units are governed by the bullet #3 below (Additional Units). Time limit: 100 days after order.

2. For our Free Trial Offer:
Cancellation requests (if any) for the payment of the offer can be sent after 4 weeks of purchase up to the date of the payment. This allows a fair chance for the product to start working and showing results. There are no refunds on any part of this order as the trial is already risk-free.

3. Refunds for Additional Units Purchased:
If more than 1 unit is purchased, the additional units can only be returned unopened for a refund. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and you will be issued a full refund less $10 restocking fee. Time limit: 100 days after order.

4. Subscriptions:
Any modifications to subscription should be made before the payment and before shipment. Shipments once made cannot be canceled. We will still try to help you, but early modification makes it easier

5. Multiple Subscriptions:
If you have multiple units of product in your subscription and you cancel a part of the subscription, the lowest cost subscription will be cancelled first.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
